Compound Movements

Also called Multi-joint movements. They involve multiple muscle groups to enable you to lift the heaviest weights. Squats, bench presses, deadlifts, and pull-ups are some examples of compound movements. Compared to isolation movements, it helps building a solid foundation of your body, packing on muscles and losing fat in a much more efficient way.

Progressive Overload

Progressive overload is one of the most crucial principals in training, it involves a gradual increase of stress placed upon the body during training. It helps in achieving your goals,whether it is getting stronger, packing on muscles or increasing endurance. It is also a great way to track your own progress.

Caloric Deficit

Being in a caloric deficit is all it matters when it comes to fat loss. Apart from eating right, building a solid foundation of muscle is just as important. With more muscle mass (applies to girl too!), you are able to lose fat in a much more efficient way. Together with the HIIT cardio session at the end of each lesson here in The Active Factory, losing fat becomes much more easier than you think.
